Glendale Foundation Repair

man holding a concrete
It’s always a challenge for us to try and convince some clients of the type of foundation repair that their home actually needs. Some people already come in with the notion that companies such as ourselves will try to inflate the size of the repair and the project that is needed. We can assure you that this is not the case with us. What we can also say is, that when you have a foundation that is literally broken you can’t fake that or exaggerate things. The foundation is just not level and needs help. So what we do to try and help this out is to provide proof of the problems and a rundown of what we are going to do to fix them!

What Type of Foundation Do You Have?
Most homes around here have some form of a poured concrete foundation in place. Yet we can’t just base our services on the probability. If you truly have no clue what type of foundation your home is sitting on don’t worry. It’s more common than you may think. We are going to be able to come in and determine what type of foundation you have and it’s current state in a quick inspection.

Unique Repair Methods
We could spend time here talking about how we’ve leveled out other homes or buildings with particular issues. The thing with foundation problems is that each of them is going to be unique to that building and that foundation in that particular spot. That is why it’s hard to talk about individual foundation repair methods and which one is best. For example, adding steel piers has been the trend for the past few years to complete repairs. Yes, this can be a good repair method, but only if a particular problem sets up well to have this a proper solution.

Can All Foundations Realistically Be Repaired?
Essentially the answer to this question would have to be yes. If you have a home that you are actually still living in, the chance of having a foundation that is just unsalvageable is actually very slim. That being said some people may opt-out of fixing their foundation over the costs. Certain foundation repairs are seemingly too extensive and may cost more money than the actual property. Again, this is usually something that we would see in a home that has been outright abandoned. Therefore if you are looking for a foundation crack repair service in a home that you currently live in, we are going to be able to make it work!

We’ll Give You A Quote & Time To Make Your Decision
If you are not sure whether or not your foundation needs to be repaired give us a call. We can come in and provide an inspection that will end with a full report of what we find. From there we are going to be able to give you a quote for the services that we believe could serve you well. At the end of the day, you can make the decision of whether or not you want to have us fix your foundation!
